I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with some wonderful highlights. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, which is great for families. The staff, especially Charlotte, were so friendly and helpful. However, the location was a bit remote, and the noise from the nearby church was a bit disruptive at times. Overall, it was a good experience but with a few quirks.

The hotel is situated halfway up a mountain in Switzerland, which provides breathtaking views, but it was a bit remote and near a church that rings every half hour.
